I don't have all the LMPs in GT6 at the moment (I have them in GT5), but right now, my favorite is the Peugeot 905, more than 1000HP, only 750Kg of weight and it handles really good. I haven't used the R92CP too much in GT6, but I think that 1200HP is too much power. I also think that the R89C is more stable, but I prefer the R92CP's design.
I don't think it's fair to compare the LMP's with the aftermarket turbos installed. Especially if OP is asking about online racing, I would hope he means to drive the cars as they actually raced.

In every single Career race involving LMP and Group C cars there's always a French guy in a Pescarlo leading the race. Go see for yourself.

That's one of many reasons I labelled the Pescarolo as "pesky"

In terms of LMPs and Group Cs. It's been said on medium and slow tracks that the Pescarolo C60 Hybride is fastest.

Agreed. Even on the most technical tracks i think this is the fastest.

The Sauber is just as fast but the steering is not to my liking. Not direct enough. And a b@#$% to drive, disqualified, disqualified, disqualified in arcade mode. I`m sure the Minolta will also not behave.

I did the last enduro event yesterday in the super series. It was on the Le Mans track. With both the Nissan R89C and the Pescarolo C60 Hybride - Judd i got into fuel and tyres problems.

With the Audi R8 Race car '01 i never gor into fuel problems and it`s very easy on the tyres to. Sure, it lacks power and the handling is not as good as that of the R89C but it`s perfect for this event.

The AI in the Peugeot 905 also did well. Have to get that one to :)

At Le Mans (Super event) I used the R92CP and after some setbacks with settings I finally the Gold. Three pit stops, with a 10 secs gap. Hard work though, especially for an average GT6 enthusiast like myself! And grasping the settings is quite a challenge.
