I don't really like the nose on the Abflug S13, but the rest isn't too bad. The whole kit doesn't really appeal to my taste (I don't particularly like Abflug), but it's something different, so I thought I would post it.

just put on my front lip off of a zenki 240sx about 2 hours ago, here's the pix:

now all i need is some side skirts and 2 more mesh wheels and i'm set...i have a pair of silver meshes sitting in my garage, just need to get one of the tires remounted.

I was ralkin to a guy who has a coupe 240, and he's plannin on an R32 front end conversion! I have a pic of it soemwhere.

IMO the skyline front looks hideous on anything other than a skyline, but then again I never was a fan of such things. Here is a pic on a coupe.

and yeah, skyline fronts look fugly on anything other than a skyline. i think if you have a 240...keep it in the silvia/180sx family.

No. My friend who also has a 240 wants to install one, and I plan on getting one by summer. Should I get it done a mechanic?

Yes!!!! It is a complicated job, and a lot of things can, and will, go wrong.

Swap the motor yourself, then you know how to install it, you know where everything is, you know how it all fits together. That way you aren't going back to a mechanic to get raped everytime some little thing goes wrong. There is plenty of online free literature on the swap, and there are lots of message boards you can go to for quality help(this NOT being one of them).

That's all good if you have some kind of automotive or mechanical knowledge. However if you have never done it before. A lot can go wrong, and it will. I know, I have done a swap before. It's just pure ignorance to say that everyone should do it themselves. Some people just do not have the knowledge to do such a project. It takes time to gain that knowledge, and if you have the time and patience to learn, then by all means do it, but otherwise, have someone help, preferably a mechanic.
