Hello People!!

If you like fast and clean Super GT500 racing, you came to the right place.

When I will create a lobby, I will post the number here in this thread.

Also our team IRT and myself are organizing a Super GT500 International Championship.
We have just completed Round 5 of the championship. Here are the race results if anyone is interested.

look great, johnkiller has told me about this championship and said that you guys are super quick, i have races publicly with some of you and yes i agree you lot are quick.

anyway il hopefully join the lobby at sometime as i love the gt500 cars. :sly:

Nissmans GT500 championship is the best racing league I know of. Well managed, simple rules, and a group of dedicted drivers racing in a championship every Monday.

Some drivers are unbelievably fast. The previous championship of six races saw five different winners. Some of you have raced against Tony1311. He "only" managed one win, which should give some indication of the speed of many of these guys.

Unfortunately for me, I'm far from the winners circle, but I'm very happy to be racing with the best, and they do respect drivers on my level. If you are a fast and clean driver and see when Nissman host a casual racing lobby, join the excitement.
 
im about to begin a weekly series, but id like to run with some of you guys during the week if your on.FR me if you guys want to get some racing done in between races.
 
Hey guys, I've never raced the GT500 cars in anything but open lobby's and usually do quite well. It would really help me out if you could post some of your lap times so I know what I have to shoot for since it sounds like y'all are pretty good. I'd be interested in signing up but it looks pretty full with a couple of guys waiting in line. Any thought to opening a second lobby at the same time for the overflow and perhaps start a "B" division?
 
LOL...I just noticed the best lap at Grand Valley is posted so I've got something to work with. If you have a couple of others I'd be obliged if you'd post them too.

Fuji -- 1.32.5xx
Laguna Seca -- 1.17.7xx
Deep Forest -- 1.04.9xx :crazy:
Cape Ring South -- 1.06.7xx
Suzuka - 1.52.1xx
Trial Mountian -- 1.15.9xx

You have to know this times are crazy, only the best drivers in the world manage them. So if you're 1 sec slower you are still very fast. 👍

perhaps start a "B" division?

Hey Nissman, thanks for posting these times. I haven't had much game time for a couple of weeks now but I gave Deep Forest and Trial Mountain a shot last night and you're right...those times are crazy...lol. I haven't tuned the GT500 cars beyond my own very limited skills so I know there's room for advancement there but I was able to get into the low 106's a couple of times on Deep Forest and the high 1:17s on Trial Mountain so I can see where the times you posted are possible. The one I can't figure is the Fuji F times up above. Are you sure that's Fuji F and not Fuji GT? I couldn't get within 5 seconds of those times and I'm not that bad...lol. Or am I?

You must take under consideration that we run cars with 532 hp and not 502. That could explain the difference @ Fuji.

I used 532 as was stated early in the thread. You were running Fuji with the added chicane right? That's Fuji F. I can't see how anyone can do 130's on that track in these cars. The way I see it, there are only a couple of places for me to make up time here because much of the track is flat out. To get from where I am to the 130's I'd have to be able to take the first hairpin in 3rd gear, be flat out in 5th gear through corners 2 and 3,pretty much flat out in 3rd for the next tight left hander, none of which I don't have enough grip for and much much faster through the final 4 corners and I can't see how that can be done. I must be missing something...I need a tutor...lol.

The times are from Fuji F. We just had another race and Piket/tony1311 did 1.30.6xx :crazy:
You have to know there are big differences in driver skills in this game, thats why we call some drivers aliens. You have to practice a lot and most important IMO is talent.
You should join our casual racing room sometimes, save replay from some race and check the gearing and driving lines from the best drivers, it should help you to get atleast a second.👍

Actual laptimes if someone wants to compare are mid 31s.
