Unless they have a time machine, anything anyone tells you will be speculation. Even the latest build of the game that's being played by people in the press isn't necessarily the final version of the game, because the game is three months away. Features and options that are present now may not be in the final game, while features and options that aren't present now may make it in.

Guess again. We've seen 'confirmed' features, tracks and cars removed (and occasionally added) at the last second. Hence:

Features and options that are present now may not be in the final game, while features and options that aren't present now may make it in.

When it goes gold, PD will know what's in it. When press previews arrive or copies land on doormats, the rest of us will. Until then, nobody does.
