To make a really long story short, I'm 7 days from being homeless. When my brother was born I swiched over to home schooling so I could wach him while my mom worked during the day. three years and a sister later we find ourselves like this. For various reasons my moms ability to work out of the home drasticaly decreased while our nescesairy expenses increased. Thats when we started the daycare, but it's so unstable that it barely qualifies as monthly income. it's great for play money, but not reliable enough when every cent is gone before it's earned. weve spent the last three years somewhere between 1 and 3 months behind on our mortgage, and finaly after a rediculously long spell of having 1 kid in here, things finaly started picking back up. But then came the legal fees, and what would have been about $6000 in late payments, overnight became $10,000. it was racking up to the tune of about $2000 a month and their was no way we could catch up this time. so thats where were at. about 12,000 behind after last month and well into foreclosure. If the chapter 13 dosen't get approved they'll be selling the house on the 16th of this month. Moving sucks. :guilty:

ouch man gd luck for the future dude money sucks really.... if there was no money... be a perfect world in my view..

well i spose but money also causes conflict... anyways like i sed gd luck for the future dude

Ouch man, that sucks. Hopefully it'll all get better eventually.

Best of Luck. Chapter 13 should help. It sounds horrible, but in cases like this, its when it can be the best thing that has happened to a family.

Keep your head up, and keep your family strong, and you will work through it.

Bad man, i feel for you... i have never moved, so i don't know what it is like, but it sounds like it is as good as playing with rusty razor blades....

but good luck anyways :)
