I wish they'd remove the ability to use X2010 in A-Spec and B-Spec races. And endurance races. And please introduce HP/Weight/Tyre/PP restrictions in all races.

Make the buttons so that the game does not register continuous button presses, if effect, you have to lift your finger off the button for the game to register one button press. AKA: Remove the ability to rubberband grind on Indy.

Make the walls on Indy actually behave like walls and not like frictionless walls a la physics thought experiments.

These features are detrimental to my game experience since they are being abused by other people to get cash and XP.

Thank you.

How does this affect the way that YOU play the game?

How is using the X2010 detrimental to your experience? You don't have to use it.

How does pressing buttons repeatedly ruin your experience?

How to the walls "not behaving" ruin your experience, you shouldn't be hitting them anyway.

I hate how the guy next door cooks his dinner, I'm gonna take it to the supreme court..

Anyway, these 'kids' have way too much time to do these exploits. Hence, they get more cash quickly to buy better cars which they can use in online races.

Don't blame me, if you've set a precedent with banning gifting, this is the next logical issue.

Man, either you guys are actually buying my sarcasm or all of you are just clueless.

You can't tell people how to play their game. Let people do what they want.

When walls are "Not behaving", you have to hit them to keep them in line. You just never know when a wall can go really bad...

Deal with it man. No matter what PD does to counter cheating/grinding, there will be those lonely, pathetic basement dwellers that will find a way to get ahead of everybody else. It's what they do to feel like they've done something important in their life, a false sense of accomplishment. I personally enjoy winning against 200-300hp cars in my little Suzuki Cervo. That's just me though.

hmm... throttle is right stick and turning is left stick. those damn cheaters can tape them... maybe we should ask PD to disable them, too and only allow steering wheel rigs 💡

Cool story bro.

That's what makes the internet more fun and enjoyable for some of us. ^_^

I have done nothing that you have said in your post and yet I have enough money to buy any car I want short of 10-20 million. I'm sorry but these exploits aren't ruining your online experience. In fact I doubt they are changing it at all. You're right on one thing though, people should stop crying about how others play the game. Play it however the heck you want. I really don't care.

Not this crap again. We've been over this.

The solution: restrict yourself in A-spec and B-spec. If you want stiffer restrictions, impose them upon yourself. Nobody is forcing you to use the X2010 in A or B-Spec, and the AI doesn't use them so it's not as though you really need to use them yourself. Don't worry so much about how the next guy is playing A or B. His experience isn't hurting yours in any way.

That's actually a good option. That way, Thrustmaster will be on their way to afford better advertisers at least.

So short sighted...

I am already developing a robotic driver with rotary and linear actuators that are driven off of a encoded paper roll instruction stream.

I call it the player player.

Apple already did it with the Automator. If the Automator could be used to play GT5 ... nope, ban it. Nip it in the bud.

Won't happen. Someone will come up with something and you'll never be happy.

I would like to see mechanical damage in A-Spec and B-spec, and make it harder for the AI to control there are when wreaked, cause I did a arcade race with mechanical damage on and they drove like nothing happened after hitting the huge jump on MT. Murder

i dont know how this dude can even rage on anyone...pure comedy...

Still PP restriction should be added and walls should be walls, same with damage. Should be added to A-spec.

You can use McLaren F1 for hatchback race and that feel wrong.

Ofc we can argue that we can use car we like but on those terms why there is even Aspec ? And why i should wonder which car could be competetive not to fast or not to slow ?

For those lack off restriction GT5 was floored in reviews and it is game breaking for a lot of people. Not everybody have the will to use slower car. And a lot of people just use one car for 3/4 gt life carier and after that they just drop game because isboring.

It's game developing mistake same as if you would turn on permament GOD MODE in any FPS. Yeah you can imagine that that shoot just killed you but it doesn't ;)

Have some self control! Don't be so childish, seriously if you don't want the x1 in a spec restrict yourself!

Hahahaha 👍👍 That cheered me up :)
