Nordschleife Fastest Lap Times

5:54 with the Mazda 787B, followed up by 6:23 with the Zonda, and 6:30 with the Raybrig NSX. My top 3 (premium) at the moment. All stock with racing softs.
 
I did a 6:59 in my Mercedes 190 evo DTM car, it was completely stock, racing hards and no tuning or oil change. I was quite happy with that lap, one of my cleanest.

I love the circuit, I like a Zonda. Used a lot of softier suspension than on many threads here and other sites. Used time few evenings about 3 hours. Ofcourse it was perfect lap with just one mistake about 2sec on 'second' carusel before long straight. Tuned Zonda's time is quite a quickest I can do.

I did a stock Zonda R (racing softs) in 6:34, not that impressive, but I'm not that great on the ring. Could go a lot faster.

Out of curiosity, what are peoples fastest times in the Zonda R (mine was stock, but with chasis reinforcement, oil change and racing softs)

Did a 6:39 on racing hards, completely stock in arcade mode

Haha don't worry, I started exactly where you are. You run a low 8 minute and think where am I going to make up half a minute? The thing I found when learning the Nordschleife is that once I memorised the corners I thought I knew the track... But really you have to learn the corners, then learn the fastest line through each corner as well (as you would with a shorter track). It takes a long time but it's really rewarding once you get it.

I havent dont as many laps as I would have liked but I am down to a 7:27.xx Beating the GT-R trophy was the most fun I have had with GT5

post your ring lap times here for a great way to compare with other set ups. We hope to eventually build a large collection of times from all sorts of cars. (please excuse my TT-R DTM lap time on the 24h circuit. i know that its bad. i set that in like 2 laps and it was dark on the first lap. i just havent gotten around to making it better)

I've seen other people say the same thing. I love the 'ring and I've been really surprised at many cars that have turned out to be a lot more fun on it than I ever would have thought, but the GT-R for the trophy was not one of them. In fact the opposite. It really felt like a chore, and I kept getting 7:30-7:31. Maybe it's cause I thought of it as a chore that it was no fun.

Sorry, on topic:
Stock Audi R8 LMS '09 (non-team playstation, if it makes a difference) with oil change, ABS 1 only, offline time trial 6:51 on first complete lap. Anyone done a comparable lap I can compare to? Was a fun run, would like to do it again and work on the time.

the real life lap record is 6:41.xxx i believe. id say anything faster than that is pretty good!

this trophy is easy... try it 2-3 times and you got it
7'29.03 you need... was about 5+ sec faster so its easy possible

According to what you wrote earlier you used Racing Soft. Well my friend, to obtain the trophy you're gonna have to do that in Sports Hard tyres ;)
 
ahhh... times previously posted were for during the DTM race, which had a large start delay (mid pack) and required passing/being held up.

my apologies.
 
I try it on one lap magic run on TK ZII with tc and abs set to 1 on real condition surface.
Using SS. Got 6:59:232 with one offroad.
I know it can go faster. lol. :P
Using DS3 btw.
