Not able to view all pictures

Hi I browse the forum and most the internet via my PS3. My friend has just posted a picture here https://www.gtplanet.net/forum/showpost.php?p=3783055&postcount=1242 Of which I am unable to view.
Is this a ps3 browser thing?

I just checked the image, and it appears that it isn't loaded with a file extension for whatever reason - that's just how EA has configured their images hosted on needforspeed.com. While I can see it in Firefox, I'm going to assume that the PS3's browser isn't able to display embedded images without it.
