I've gotten this before. It's just a case of it not loading completely. If it happens regularly, then you should worry, otherwise just pass it off as unimportant and refresh if it bothers you.

If it is happening regularly, though, let us know.

Well, if it's happening that often, it's a little worrying. Try clearing your cache. Seriously, it fixes every weird problem I have here.
