One win for each race. Never bothered to win them again. And hold 927 sport mode wins at the same time.
276 BMB , 240 lemans 79' .....Yeah thats freakin' amazing. Like how many BMB and 1979 Le Mans wins in there?
I actually did the majority of Le Mans in 9 days, 5-6 hour sessions , drinking some beers , having a little of BC's finest, no problem. I come from another game that is nothing but grinding ,trust me when i say this game is an easy grind and hella fun.I cannot fathom how you would have 240 Le Man's wins... it has barely been like 20 days since the release of the last patch with this race series!
That's an avg. of 12 a day?
There really is no need to do races again in GTS, other than grinding for more credits. Just sad really when compared to the previous six GT games. One win for each race. Never bothered to win them again. And hold 927 sport mode wins at the same time.
I know this probably makes me the 'saddest' person to reply so far, but I really, really enjoy the GT League races. My personal challenge is to try to win the races with the lowest category or lowest powered car possible, so there is always a reason to race again. Anyway, the answer is 708 and counting...
I have dabbled with Sports races (and even won a couple!) but I simply encountered too many people whose views on fair racing didn't coincide with mine. I understand your preferring Sport races, and I am VERY impressed with your win tally, but I shall probably stick with the GT League races as my main source of enjoyment. With maybe an occasional foray into Sport, whilst hoping that the Demolition Derby crew are busy elsewhere...I've been doing the same back to the GT4 era when I tried to win every race with 200 A-spec points,
so I know there sure is a lot of sense of accomplishment.
But I have another choice now... and that's more challenging IMO.
You're doing it right 👍I know this probably makes me the 'saddest' person to reply so far, but I really, really enjoy the GT League races. My personal challenge is to try to win the races with the lowest category or lowest powered car possible, so there is always a reason to race again.
My votes: Lobby and GT League, in that order.
My Sport Mode participation has dwindled since I started hosting a local endurance league (1Hr races) here in Iceland earlier this year. Reason I started that was because I liked sport mode, but I'm a fan of longer races and feel that Sport Mode doesn't cater to those needs.
I spend more time in lobby, practicing for upcoming league races and in between I like to do a GT League race here and there, as it's the only part of the Campaign stuff I haven't finish. I'm slowly moving through the ranks there.
My stats:
Sport Mode:
> 71 races
> 8 Wins
> Currently sitting at B/S rating
GT League:
> 335 total wins
> 208 Blue Moon Wins
> 22 Nostalgic La Sarthe Wins
Those GT League wins are eerily similar, I have
- 334 GT League wins
- 214 Blue moon
- 12 Nostalgic La Sarthe wins
I won the Porsche Suzuka endurance race 7 times to get the clean race bonus there. The AI is so careless now and then.
Sport mode is very different though:
- 354 total wins (2 FIA)
- 4165 races finished (22 FIA)
I do prefer longer races as well, however the daily C will have to do as I'm allergic to any kind of schedule or commitment... Leagues are not for me, as I usually jump on 3 minutes before a daily race starts and skip qualifying and practice altogether. I stopped playing FIA races as it wastes too much of my race time with qualifying, warm up and showing off the grid. Plus I'm usually doing all kinds of other stuff between races and knowing exactly when the race starts (3 minutes past half or whole hour) is very convenient. I often don't pick up the controller until the car is already in auto-drive.
