On what type of races do you spend most of your gameplay time? You can select 2 choices.

  • Sport Mode

  • Lobby

  • GT League

  • Single Player

  • Time Trial

  • 2P Split Screen

  • Drift Trial

  • Custom Race

I have done about 250 bmb races, 130 nostalgia le mans races. I haven't played sport mode since the 330 was released.
I only want the cars for VR time trial (which you have missed from your list), I haven't played VR race (also missing from your list) since VR time trial was released.

I cannot fathom how you would have 240 Le Man's wins... it has barely been like 20 days since the release of the last patch with this race series!

That's an avg. of 12 a day?

I actually did the majority of Le Mans in 9 days, 5-6 hour sessions , drinking some beers , having a little of BC's finest, no problem. I come from another game that is nothing but grinding ,trust me when i say this game is an easy grind and hella fun.

About 152 as of yesterday. No BMB grinding, maybe 5 wins at PSL DT and 10 at Nostalgic 79 Le Mans and 5 at the Monza race. Without checking I suspect my most run race is Brands Hatch FR+ race. I've still got entire championships to do though.

My second choice was time trialling, though that's taken a back seat whilst I save up for a few more cars.

One win for each race. Never bothered to win them again. And hold 927 sport mode wins at the same time.
There really is no need to do races again in GTS, other than grinding for more credits. Just sad really when compared to the previous six GT games.

I know this probably makes me the 'saddest' person to reply so far, but I really, really enjoy the GT League races. My personal challenge is to try to win the races with the lowest category or lowest powered car possible, so there is always a reason to race again. Anyway, the answer is 708 and counting...

I've been doing the same back to the GT4 era when I tried to win every race with 200 A-spec points,
so I know there sure is a lot of sense of accomplishment.

But I have another choice now... and that's more challenging IMO.

Mostly TT and Sport Mode but I've entered some amazing racing series in private lobbies with @MINKIHL last year. That was most of what I spent time one tbh.

GT League? I don't care about it tbh...too easy = no fun. I just do it to get a car.

I have dabbled with Sports races (and even won a couple!) but I simply encountered too many people whose views on fair racing didn't coincide with mine. I understand your preferring Sport races, and I am VERY impressed with your win tally, but I shall probably stick with the GT League races as my main source of enjoyment. With maybe an occasional foray into Sport, whilst hoping that the Demolition Derby crew are busy elsewhere...

My votes: Lobby and GT League, in that order.

My Sport Mode participation has dwindled since I started hosting a local endurance league (1Hr races) here in Iceland earlier this year. Reason I started that was because I liked sport mode, but I'm a fan of longer races and feel that Sport Mode doesn't cater to those needs.

I spend more time in lobby, practicing for upcoming league races and in between I like to do a GT League race here and there, as it's the only part of the Campaign stuff I haven't finish. I'm slowly moving through the ranks there.

My stats:

Sport Mode:
> 71 races
> 8 Wins
> Currently sitting at B/S rating

GT League:
> 335 total wins
> 208 Blue Moon Wins
> 22 Nostalgic La Sarthe Wins

I like both, but I tend to run Sport Mode more. I go do League events when I get tired of being punted by the live AI in Sport. I play because I'm a raging motorhead and love to drive. Points, scores, rank, whatever- not really paying attention. Apexes, braking points, the sun coming over the trees at the Ring, the sound of the BB512 when you're really flogging it- that's what this is about.

Like 150 something, won them once and not bothering again.

If I do anything its just qualy laps in Sport. Right now i'm playing PCars more.

is from credit and XP grind :D.

About five months ago I became a caregiver for a family member dying of cancer, so dedicating 20 to 30 straight minutes for Sport races is out the window. Been doing League races so I can pause and drop it at any given moment. Don't like to pause mid race though, so I've mostly been playing FFXIV. I can ditch the game anytime as long as I'm not running dungeons, which I don't.

I try to run 3 or 4 races on days I jump on and at least one Premium Sports Lounge Blue Moon run. I have an NSX that I've boosted to 700 hp that makes it a good race to catch the leaders on the last lap. Cockpit view with no HUD makes the driving very enjoyable and I end up not caring about the lousy AI settings. Still no King of Ovals trophy.:grumpy:

Lobbies & GT League

GT league is great for those days you just want to relax and have a little fun. There are all kinds of ways to make it easier or more difficult depending on your mood or if your after some credits. I really don't do BMB that much unless I'm building up credits fast but I play GTS enough that it's not really necessary at all. 520 wins

Now lobbies and leagues are what I like the most. The races are much longer and the settings can be made to mimic real racing more. The people I've meet in lobby racing have been some of the best players I could ask for and all of them seem to share a great race craft when it comes to clean fair racing. Something only found in a few people in each Sport Mode race I've even experienced. Short races promote bad track behavior and that's something I'm just not interested in participating with.

Maybe if someday they decide to have Sport Mode racing events at 1.5hr or longer it will grab my attention again but until that time lobby racing leagues is king of the hill for me.

Those GT League wins are eerily similar, I have

- 334 GT League wins
- 214 Blue moon
- 12 Nostalgic La Sarthe wins

I won the Porsche Suzuka endurance race 7 times to get the clean race bonus there. The AI is so careless now and then.

Sport mode is very different though:
- 354 total wins (2 FIA)
- 4165 races finished (22 FIA)

I do prefer longer races as well, however the daily C will have to do as I'm allergic to any kind of schedule or commitment... Leagues are not for me, as I usually jump on 3 minutes before a daily race starts and skip qualifying and practice altogether. I stopped playing FIA races as it wastes too much of my race time with qualifying, warm up and showing off the grid. Plus I'm usually doing all kinds of other stuff between races and knowing exactly when the race starts (3 minutes past half or whole hour) is very convenient. I often don't pick up the controller until the car is already in auto-drive.

Haha, definitely very in sync with our GT League stuff! :D The Nostalgic wins have grown considerably for me now, but I don't see myself doing more Blue Moon races .. ever :D
