As far as the update nothing seems to have changed. Nothing was mentioned as far as a fix. Don't hold your breath on that one.
They didn't fix the problem in this update. This 2.03 update was not on the "official" update schedule (I believe they promised updates every 2 months, so the next "big" one should be in February). This 2.03 update was to fix some other "f" ups by PD - you know really important stuff having to do with electric cars and picking colors for my menu home screen, (I don't know what happened to the guys who make the patterns for helmets and suits). It seems like the online racing issues are going back at least to April of '11, it just been getting worse or more noticeable with each update. I really cant understand how this isn't priority number 1 . . . oh wait actually I can, with some quick math: On the news page of GTPlanet awhile back they quoted a total sales figure of 7+ million copy's of GT5 sold. Let's go with a conservative number say 2.5 million for those that buy the DLC packs (Pack 1: $12.00, Pack 2: $4.00, Pack 3 $10.00). That totals up to a whopping $62,500,000!! Double that to 5 million DLC sales, which I think is completely doable, and you get $125,000,000. I think PD has sucked enough teet from the cash cow that it needs to sit down and do some serious tinkering with the GT5 online code. The DLC content seems to be getting ridiculous in my opinion, oh I'll buy it because I have to have everything

, but Leaf?, Mini Clubman? VW 1200? and the exact Jaguar XJR-9 that we all ready have?
All most every league has suspended their races. The suggestion floating around now is to do 2 rooms of 8, then take the top 4 of those and race for a final heat. That's a bunch of bull.
If it's not fixed by next month, I see a lot of people abandoning ship.
