Oil Changing

How do you change your oil when your in the middle of a series race? I'm doing the gran turismo all stars series race as we speak and my oil need changing...bad! HELP!

You cant change it during a race series, but it was very missed, just change it before you enter in and you'll be fine....

thats not always the case...in some of the longer series the oil light flicks on in like the middle of the series...in the formula 1 series the oil light went on on like the 3rd race and i changed it right before i started the series...

It's not guaranteed that the oil will last for the whole series. The Formula GT has most of the longest races in the whole game in it, so of course the oil light comes on early. Around 300km/190mi as I recall. It's just that the best you can do is to remember to change the oil immediately before a series.

No. You can't do anything in the pits except get a fresh set of whatever tires are already on the car.

Cars are not ruined in GT3 by not changing their oil. It's a simple HP change. Even if it did, the light comes on at 300km (186 miles). That's not a lot for oil.

But it would be nice though, getting back the lost horsepower. Does anyone know for sure if GT4 will have the option of changing the oil in the pits??
