Online dealerships ruin cars rareity

Here's something else to consider:

One should want other people to have the same car online. That way, you are assured of a fair race because it comes down to driving and tuning ability. You never have to wonder if the other guy just had a better car.

Considering how easy it is to create a new skin or paint, I'd prefer to see PD use that to establish rarity, like with the stealth cars. This is something they could do at any time, as well.

I like a challenging game, but I also don't like paying $60 and only having access to half of the content because I'm not able to play several hours a day.

I'm not, I'm replying to the people who WANT cars only available as prize cars. I agree that those good enough to achieve things should be rewarded but not to the point of having cars only available as prize cars. Unique liveries would please both viewpoints I believe, all cars will be purchasable, but someone who get's all golds get's a unique livery on a car to prove they have done something impressive.
 
Common McClaren race car show up in either market. You are all I need to be complete.
