The only person I hit was in a 599, and I got a penalty for it

Good runs tonight, folks! I didn't even check the thread, just started running PP700 Suzuka races and saw plenty of GTP tags (I'm still running as "unimental" for now).

Not sure who loves me at Sony or PD, but I get host duties for nearly every race I run, including full 16 car fields. Takes away the tension of worrying about the host quitting, which is 50% of the frustration involved with online races. You can be assured that if you see my name in the #1 slot pre-race, you're going to be running all the laps.

Hello fellow GTP'ers.

The past few days i have races with Earth and slicecom, Majormilou and tonight add a few more to the list. Its awesome to see so many of us in the same room!

You guys are all great racers! I did read each post from the start before posting to see if my name was mentioned lol.

Now that i have my password fixed i will be posting more often and look forward to racing more with you guys!

I am off to bed for the night i will be on tomorrow. I only have 1 internet cord so i can only either play on the PS3, or be on the PC. Cant do both, so im going to have to figure out how to switch races with you guys.

I tried the tuned corvette and for the life of me I couldn't get the back end to slide! My driving style involves a lot of oversteer and the corvette is pure understeer. I finally just had to put some crappier tires on it, but then the back would slide unpredictibly and I couldn't get the power down.

Bavarian... that stings man. My first time out in the Z06 I bought just to join you guys and I didn't block or bump anyone. Are you heckling me coz you had to wait 30 seconds at the end for me to catch up?

EDIT - For those that don't like the Tuned Vette... I do believe I love it as much as you hate it. I've landed on the podium plenty of times in PP700 events thanks to that beauty.

sorry milou for getting into you, i wasn't even going that fast, i turned and the car just went straight...i dont get it...later in the race i hit my marks but the car stopped a mile late...dont get it again...

and great win grandprix, it takes alot of guts to drive the f40

oh and keep the gtp 1-2s coming

What I got from my first drive was that it likes to plow through entry, stays stable at apex (if you didn't miss it entirely) and once you put some power down you get snap oversteer.

The 599 GTB is a beast! I'm gonna tune her up and see if she can outperform my GT-R on Fuji.

I guess I'm just used to my F430's MR setup. I find the transition to other MR cars like the Ford GT Test quite easy, but I can't drive the F599 or Corvette Test at all.

Damm it! That guy in the white Corvette, Znuff2424, totally ruined my race. He ran into me as much as he could, and it's his fault I almost pushed Earth off track! What a moron.
And I could see him do it to everyone else! Earth, Grand Prix, we all got victimized by this cowboy.

I was wondering why you pulled over. I know I wasn't running that close on anybody's inside since I was racing in the back all alone most of the time. Is this another White Z06 that we're all talking about?

Apart from all that tomfoolery, I had a good time guys. I wish I could keep up a bit more but I'm a fiend on London for PP600. I haven't lost one yet. I'd love to show you
