yeh, the little left kink before the hairpin, just after the bridge..after the t1 sector, that guy that got pushed off was me :lol: , i spotted you were on the grass at the hairpin, it's just you floored it off into the distance while i was still messing about trying to get my car straight. i just felt you went too fast into that corner for me and you to be side by side braking for the hairpin. i thought maybe because we were side by side at the esses and you didn't like my overtake (even though it was clean...although long) so you wanted revenge. when i normally get nudged its just a little one where maybe 2 of my wheels touch the grass but in this incident i got launched hard into the barrier, so what are you saying you didn't know you hit me? or you didn't feel it was your fault so you didn't stop?

EDIT - Next race will be my last. It has been a fantastic night for racing, but it must come to an end 👍

i can't drive this nsx well, keep changing my settings, trying to find what i had this afternoon, looking for those 2:17's again

i tried the F40 once, big mistake, very hard car to drive, GTP_Volcano has done great to keep it on track

I've added an edit to my previous post.

Now, I didn't even remember what car it was, so after all the spinning and the hit on the tires, and the slow crawl out of the sand, I just figured said car was long gone, because after the contact, I never got to see anyone else going off aswell. Though I never saw it as anyone's fault, to me it was a mere racing accident. Though sorry for not having seen who it was and then, that you were still out when I resumed the race.
About the contact itself, it's funny you also mention a hard bang, because as we were side by side, it was never supposed to be like that. At most, we would have touched and unbalance our cars.
The bang you felt from the right that threw you against the wall was the same I felt from the left, and it made me hit the wall on the right before losing control. Defied the laws of physics, really.

And my attempt to overtake had nothing to do with revenge, I'm not like that at all.
I just saw a chance and tried to take it, any of us would do that.
Your pass on Dunlop was clean and I even eased the throttle and opened up to minimise the risk of contact there. Great pass. 👍

ok Beerz it looks like it was just a little racing rubbing plus a bit of the inconsistent physics from PD :lol:, i'll look forward to racing with you again. 👍

I'd like to be able to 'save' the best races I've been having. :)

recently i have been using just a digital camera, which returns image quality similar to RudiRasers videos, or you can use a tv capture card which i don't know much about...daan is the man if you need to know about different ways to record in HD.
 
Beerz, either you have a capture card in your PC/Laptop, or you just film the TV with a camera.

The latter is quite good if the Tv is showing a replay (you can film it without any noise, lights off, etc.), that's what I did with a replay of "my bike" in the Nurb (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7cYG1eDAyjY), but I'm not sure about filming it while racing (you could say a few words while racing, who knows :dopey: ).

So, buying a capture card for your PC and link it to the TV is probably the best option.
 
thanks guys! Its bit of a challange to keep it on track:) not that fast in hotlap but if its keept on track I can battle for podium. did my last lap with nsx with 2min setup (olmost stock), lol harder than F40! gonna try more with that car later..thanks for good racing! see you later

Thanks for the tips, guys.
I'll try it with my digital camera, though Im not sure if it has a max lenght limit when doing video. The card is a 4Gb SD, so it's big enough.
If I think the quality is ok , I'll just stick to that.

How much is a capture card for the pc? Any complicated settings and wiring involved? :dunce:

I know it's late...but is anyone up and wanting to race at pp600 Suzuka? I've got a F430 or an R8 ready to go...

Edit: Guess Europe finally did go to sleep. I guess I'll pop the NTSC disc in and deal with the punters for once here in the USA.

Sorry, I won't make xx:15. I've just done a couple of races at the international event with the GT-R (the host quit on the first one, won the second one by 4 seconds) and haven't got a car with a setup for fuji 600pp.

I'm away to try the international event now, quite annoying that you can't tune your car.

Going into the suzuka F430& GT-R races. xx.30.

First impression: The ferrari now handles like a dream!
I might be wrong but it seems the GT-R is a handful. Looking at the other drivers that is...

I think you did, cause I didn't see you. Well done 👍, I came in 2nd after going off twice, just 4 seconds behind. We really need more members there. Haven't seen a lot of skilled drivers yet.

I restarted again after that host quit and had a good race with hironen [JP]. So there are some skilled drivers out there. Also some guy in a ferrari, but can't remember his name.
 
You guys aren't seriously going to be racing the 2-make race now are you?:indiff: I'm done for tonight, but I'll be racing 750 PP until they fix things.

In the race that i won, HIRONEN [JP] was second and i was nervous the whole race, everytime i looked behind me he was right there :scared:

funny how the Gtr's start at the front of the grid and the f430's at the back every time.
had 3 races and won everyone and i think its going to be hard syncing from now on on the international event with fellow members
