that's it for me, every time I'm punted on turn one. they only way to survive is to do it to them before they do it to you. I won't lower myself and therefore quit this total rubbish that PD call a game
 
Know what you mean sphinx I just plant it on the inside and go slow.

Would have slowed down when you span there Timppaq but am trying to learn the car! Quite loose at the minute, but fun.
 
Can't say I blame you mate .. it's been the worst ever day for me with so many idiots out there .. thankfully late night racing has been less frantic and will keep me in the mix, so don't give up completely mate .. we can race in the wee small hours :cheers:
 
Today has been terrible, 750 at Suzuka and 600 at Fuji, people swerve with no regard.

I don't get it they can't even control the car while doing it and generally always spin. Do they not learn or is it for enjoyment?

I would have thought we were long enough into GT5P lifecycle that a lot of these ones would have moved unto other games.

That was a strange race, sorry for any incidents Mr P, learning the car, too many people slowing in that one for a change!
 
Some people can't even keep an AWD car on the track without spinning out every 15 seconds.

Sorry i did'nt race with you Sphinx, but today is my first day with the G25:tup:(my first wheel and first time using manual gears:nervous:). So i'm just taking it easy and staying out of the way, the race did'nt last long anyway the host quit again!

If it's your first time with a wheel, you should lay off the manuals for the time being (I'm assuming that by manuals you're referring to the H-shift).
Get the feel of the wheel and pedals first until you're comfortable and 'feel' what the car is doing, and only then try the H-shift, starting with slower cars.
I was in the same boat as you until a month ago, when I first played Prologue while trying my first wheel (G25) at the same time, did it like I said above, it's been working fine for me. 👍

yes, I've calmed down now so I need more punting to get that anger back up again.
 
I'll be in at 16 as well, gonna try out my tune on the S2000 I'll try not to get in the way!
