Online racing for 50+

How about an online racing league exclusively for those who are 50 years old or over. Like in many sports, i.e. PBA (ten-pin bowling) there is a separate competition for people who are a bit advanced in age.

I'm a member of a club with a very wide range of ages, many of whom are in their 40s, 50s, even some in their 60s. Fantastic racing had by all, and all abilities catered to!

Is it just to honor the elder? Or to avoid the younger? Both of which seem silly to me honor the clean and fast, and avoid everyone else, regardless of age for the win. Lol

Good idea. I an OMGN member (Older Mature Gaming network 30+), just a few here and there racers.

BTW, the online GT community is way more mature than the FPS community.

Well, I get your point, but the fact of the matter is that many of us in this age bracket work full time jobs, have families and a number of other commitments that don't allow more than a few minutes of GT6 here and there. No, I'm not as fast as guys who have time to play hours a day, but I'm every bit as competitive and find it frustrating to always finish last when I join online clubs/races. I've thought about this concept for awhile, and while I might still finish last, I'd like to give it a shot.
