The ps3 online have been hacked again do you think the server will be down again?

There's a difference between being hacked and having an attempted hack. In this case (if you take the time to read the link) it was an attempted hack. For most large companies, attempted hacks happen all the time. I would say no, there's almost no chance of any disruption due to the attempt, from what was contained in that link.

Read it again:

"Less than one tenth of one percent (0.1%) of our PSN, SEN and SOE audience may have been affected. There were approximately 93,000 accounts globally (PSN/SEN: approximately 60,000 accounts; SOE: approximately 33,000) where the attempts succeeded in verifying those accounts’ valid sign-in IDs and passwords, and we have temporarily locked these accounts. Only a small fraction of these 93,000 accounts showed additional activity prior to being locked. "

This was not just an attempt. If they succeeded in verifying account ID's and passwords with some accounts having activity accociated with it, then I would call it a hack!

Hm, if that's all it takes to call it a hack, no wonder so many people think they can be hackers. Usually part of a hack is actually accessing and changing the system, not throwing a bunch of brute force passwords out then not doing anything if one happens to work.

As far as the original question, since any of the accounts that did happen to work were quickly de-activated, and didn't have any more rights to the system than I do, there's pretty much no reason they would shut anything down.
