Concerning the network support, nothing has been officially confirmed yet.

First of all, i wanna give you a little tip, next time you have a question, use the search function and see if it already have been covered and if so, use that thread and post in it instead.
This is after all one of the (if not THE biggest) biggest Gran Turismo forums so _many_ things have already been covered. The more threads there are with simillar subejcts, the harder it will be to find what you are searching for.
