Opel cars in the PAL version

i have the PAL version of the game, i looked at the prize list, then the car shop

the 3 opel cars (Astra touring car, Speedster and Calibra touring car) aren't available anywhere

how do i get them?

Look under 'Vauxhall' in the British menu of the dealers. Vauxhall and Opel are pretty much the same company, basically the cars are branded as Vauxhall's for the UK (and parts of Scandinavia I think), and Opel everywhere else in Europe.
