Assuming that you're serious, we could apply that to the Citroen Xantia and see if it's true that it can run on three wheels.
Oh wait...
...nevermind...

Let's remember it's not just about aesthetics. They'll also need to program how it will effect the aerodynamics of each car, which could be different. The wheels don't do this. So, whereas this is a good idea, it may not be as easy as; *poof-delete* They'll have to add a condition.
Well, I think it would just remove a bit of the rear downforce perhaps? adding aeros raise them, removing aeros reduce them. Simple![]()
JubbyI agree with the statement, but each wing on each car does not provide the same downforce amount. The trunk lid on each each car wouldn't necessarily provide the same downforce. It's not always going to be zero as some trunk lids can be scooped or come to a small spoiler itself (like a Ford GT).
The Evo GT-A doesnt have one. The one in the game has one because it's an aero option. Looking almost as a regular Lancer makes it a good sleeper car 👍
Exactly why I have the GT-A![]()
Savage you are right. The small spoilers you see on the Mustang etc are for show only, that's partly the reason they are offered as a show option, not performance.
JubbyYou're sure they have no effect? Anything that cuts the wind has some effect, even small. Granted, maybe it wouldn't make a difference in the game. The point I was trying to make earlier was just that there are a lot of cars that it does change the aero and you'd need to program it in there if you want to continue to simulate it's performance. That doesn't just happen with an eraser or deleting the wing, they'll need to program it.

Yes please! This would look so much better without the spoiler.
I Tweeted Kaz the link to this topic, just incase no-one else had.
Seems most of the votes so far are yes.![]()
