Ordered my first Fanatec wheel

My order has been processed and is shipped from the facility in La Mirada. But I have only one tracking number and I had ordered the CSR and Elite Pedals..Is this normal?

Yes, Fanatec commonly provides 1 tracking number when multiple items are shipped at the same time.

Look at the email you received with the tracking number, somewhere it will probably list the combined weight for the items. The pedals weigh about 15LBs gross, and the wheel about 13LBs gross.

gross weight = weight of product and pakaging

On the UPS site if you look towards the button there is a place that will show you the other package. Cant remember what the tab was called though.

The e-mail I got never had weight but for some reason the e-mail said UPS has picked it up...but tracking is with USPS...maybe a typo?

If that's the case then you might not get much tracking info. I've had a package that I paid to have UPS ship before and they delivered it part of the way and then gave it to USPS and there was no more tracking info after that. It was a return item to a person on Ebay that I was having a dispute over. It screwed me because I had no way to prove that he had received the package after it switched to USPS. Neither UPS or USPS could give me info on the package after it switched companies. Luckily ebay went ahead and refunded mw the money anyway.

The Fanatec warehouse in California ships packages within the US by UPS.

It ships packages to Canada by USPS to the Canadian border where they are given to Canada Post.

Fanatec has weird shipping methods.My csr elite pedals came via mail, then a day later the csr and wheel stand arrived. Never actually received any tracking info whatsoever other than your order has been shipped
