That was awesome! have no idea how i could finish so high i just seemed to find myself up there all the time ^^ (probably lucky not to be hit or something)

this was only a pre season right? does the real season start next week?
 
I haven't done much oval racing and doesn't watch any but started wondering if it is a viable tactic to cause little crashes to get cautions, if you're behind, in these kind of races? :P Seems a bit of bad sportmanship but is it a thing? ^^
 
Mine was the car to beat, 'til my dumb azz put it in the wall coming out of the pits.

I will not change a thing.

No wait, i didn't mean someone did any cautions on purpose. The idea just popped up in my head, that that was i thing you could totally do. Just wondering if that is a thing, that happens in these kind of series/real life. :)

Totally plauseable, didn't happen today. Was just plain HARD racing.

I think if you ask Angry, he would agree, we were racing hard, I just pushed the limit, and it bit me (us).

I must agree tho, it could be planned. The subject has been addressed, and if there are any questions, I'm sure Ace will review it.

If Angry meant to cause a caution he would have asked for one. But you were yelling and your mic wasn't on :lol:

I just watched the replay. I was wrong.

I never touched Angry, and therefore, I was wrong for calling for the caution.

I could'a swore I clipped his left rear, but my replay says I didn't.

I was just watching it as well and was going to mention that ^^ doesn't feel like it changed the result that much though so i don't think anyone is too angry at you. :)

Edit: I just noticed that after the second caution you let off the gas to drop down and help killer catch up. Was trying to find out where you disappeared in that last part but now i know. Always the gentleman.

Had the pole. Led the first eight laps. Crash the car coming out of the pits. What an idiot....:guilty:

Waiting for Killer was not totally unselfish, We would have run them down were it not for his push...:p

Of course you are, but not for the caution, by then you were already way behind because of those other things. ^^
 
I was hoping you wouldn't.. :P I like it when i've got a chance to take top places. By the way what was a fast quali time? i came fourth with 1:51.5 high, but i expect greest was much faster?

I cut a couple 50's in quali, I think the quicker was a 50:8XX.

You, Niko, are one of those that the old time oval racers here used to refer to as "One tough customer". Take it as the compliment that it's meant to be.

I think your quali time was 50.7xx. My was 51.1xx (3rd). GoKartMan was 2nd.

Yes you should break-in the car, because you gaining more HP during the race until you breakin the car.

The challenger is power limited so it probably won't need breaking in. :)
