I have one, quality is okay
the refresh rate will be 50 for PAL games
low refresh rate will be very obvious on menu screen (it hurts my eyes)
but while in-game, the screen will look like running 60Hz
however, it can not compare the quality on flat-screen tv
I will recommend to buy one which is not using memory card slot for power
