The only remotely positive thing about American Idol is that it stops ITV2 from broadcasting programmes about Katie Price for an hour or two. But they still manage to squeeze them in between this and the occasional documentary where Fearne Cotton follows a set of badgers around Stoke-on-Trent, so it's all in vain anyway.

It really really does. Just like every single other remotely 'wacky' contestant to ever appear on one of these social suicide programmes. You might as well walk into the bathroom and collapse in hysterics at the sight of your toilet bowl.
