Depends what you're aiming for. Most power - buy only the full-racing parts. If you're trying to get a specific horsepower figure, you'll need to work out the percentage power increase of each part and buy as appropriate.
The only mods that MUST be bought sequentially (ie lowest effect first, then the next one) is the lightweight modification.
