Tuning parts?

Someone who's new to the game... what are the most important tuning parts to invest in? Also, if you buy a 4th level part, does it make the same part in a lower level obsolete?

Hi. It does not make them obsolete as you may need to detune to reach a PP level. In terms of upgrade ecu is cheap and easy to boost and then do your tires and clutch and gearbox, all relatively cheap. Good luck and happy racing!
