Patch 1.09 Wishlist

If there is one wish I would have for 1.08 then I would say that there should be a penalty for someone who cross the finish line whilst taking a penalty for taking a shortcut.

I played online on Circuit de Sarthe today and was in first place...coming to the last chicane to win the race the second place driver blatantly cut the chicane and whilst serving his penalty crossed the line in first place...not only a steal but a P Take
 
Also make the clutch more sensitive instead of having to push it write in or even better have an adjustment option. Also i would like to see more options avialable in track editor (drag etc, but also with a sticky option for the 1st 100metres). speed test track etc.
 
Instead of Rims, I'd rather to see Porsche in the game, but I don't know if that will ever happen... any soon yet or maybe until GT6 :S, but I still have my hopes to see it in GT5, god can't just imagine to drive a Carrera GT, 917, 911 GT2 RS, 911 GT3 RSR.... or even the new concept the 918 RSR... jesus I hope we will drive one of those great cars, lets not forget the 959 T_T....
 
Adjustable bonnet view is probably easy to put in and something that's needed, also perhaps fix up the engine sounds and such on the long forgotten standard cars. Also rim changing on the standards :)
 
I would very much like to see flags rules, i remember seeing a screen shot and thought they would have come with the game on release. How can a racing game not having Racing flag rules?
 
Another thing that I was considering is to introduce real tire degradation, and fuel consumption, I was hoping to see that at least in the Formula Gran Turismo Championship, and other championships..., add more track weather changes in A-Spe/B-Spec modes, also add the save option in the middle of a championship like in GT4 (don't understand why this feature wasn't since the launch of the game....) also the option to tune your brakes, thats something that is missing... at least the brakes improve according to the power but should be the option to add bigger brakes in your car.

I want increased horsepower for the epic cars, and the ability to FI more cars, i mean, how come the supra only can do 726 hp, when in real life, they can do 900? I also want to have better implmented online play and changable wheels for the standsrd cars
 
Id like to see a filter in the online lobby.

I find shuffle races generally more fun and its tiring having to wade through and refresh the list everytime because there are so many "normal" races.

The type of race filter is pretty useless add this insted. Sort it out Pd
 
Apologies if it's already been mentioned but I'd like to see an option to pain your spoiler the body color, like the carbon hood. Black spoilers don't match all color cars.
 
How about the ability to turn off all in-game music and let us play our own playlists from the XMB?

Bonus - Implementing this would get rid of all the complicated BGM settings that are in the game now.

I'd like to see a straight-to-usb Photomode image upload option like in GT4.
It takes too much time to go in the photo gallery, flag the images for export to the XMB menu, exit the game and do the job from the XMB, especially if I have to do more, play again or have other things to do with the game.
 
Hum, does anyone remember the famous "Today's Special" tab on the wheel shop in GT4? I want that back, even if it only includes the stock wheels of premium cars, putting those awesome SLS rims on my C63 should be a right granted by law dammit. :P

The wheels available in the GT Auto shop are just too ricey to my tastes.

All I want is more A-Spec races...

oh and for them to do something about the terrible way to pick names for B-Spec drivers. I want A. Senna and other names that are near impossible to come across. :(
 
More tuning parts because i am bored with the list of parts.

More wheel selection or make it like gt2 when you bought wheels the automatically went to your garage and all you had to do was install the wheels on your car

More new cars and tracks I guess.
 
Increase the amount of credits earned by atleast 50% for A-spec and B-spec races
Add a drag strip
Take out gifting and add a auction house
Give us 1 matte or chrome paint everyday when signed in
Front aero parts add adjustable downforce
 
I want protesters at the side of the road at Eiger with signs like "PD, you ruined my life", "PD causes global warming", "PD ate my homework" etc.

Imo it's essential.
 
I'd like to see a big button that says 'Give me ALL the cars, ALL the upgrades, ALL the Events Golded, and ALL the Trophies'

Then all the dupers and glitchers could finally get what they want, and move on to the next game. :sly:
 
1. Fix XP/credit system by:
a) Hard races to win (fast and similar PP cars) = large payout
b) Easy races to win (slow and different PP cars) = small payout
c) Longer races = larger payout
Seasonal events are currently pointless as they are far too easy (even with the PP system) and give practically zero rewards.

2. Endurance/championships saves - I can't seem to get passed level 31 without endurance and I won't ever be doing these without saves

3. Revert 1 gift per console restriction so that families with multiple accounts can play independently.

4. More rally events - and ability to fit off road tyres to any car
 
Optional full damage in A-Spec, with higher payout if you use it.

Higher payouts for winning online, if done with full damage, and tire and fuel depletion on. Reduce payout for winning on ALL online races for each flagrant contact (with cars OR walls). Bash your way to the pole, end up with no money or XP...

For me, that would about solve the grind. Plus cut down on the bashing, online.
 
the obvious more tracks (some from previous that are missing) and for big tracks like Nordschleife and sarthe would be nice if it rained in one part of the track but not another and have it move across not just all or nothing
 
The one thing i hope and pray for is good AI, if they could implement that into the game i'd be more than happy for it to be their last patch and for them to get GT6 right this time round.
