A waste of time? I don't think it is. Girls like muscular guys and it's nice to be able to take off your shirt and be toned.

Well it would be a waste of time but it just so happens that most girls now are shallow and need to be with someone buff because they are somehow protected that way.

It's stupid. And a waste of time.
 
Are they attracted to them because they themselves are shallow, or because they like dating fit, healty looking guys? Would you rather date some fat, flabby, pale girl, or a toned, fit looking, tanned girl?

Making yourself stronger, and healthier, is not a waste of time.
 
Well I wouldn't care if they were toned or not. Fat is another thing. I'm not fat, but I'm definatly not too toned.
 
I don't like girls that look like they can kick my ass. I'm not saying that I'd rather they weren't able to kick my ass, it's just that the ass-kicking ability usually makes them look less...smooth.
 
Seriously. My friend has 2 sisters, both about 20 years old. One can run a mile in 5 minutes, the other went through boot camp. Now, I'm friends with both of them, and one is married anyway, but they could both beat the **** out of me, yet they're attractive. It's not a constant philosophy.

I'm not bragging, I'm dead serious. I like being able to take off my shirt without having to suck in a little tummy. I'm also happy I don't have tot ake it off and be totally skinny. I have a tan and I'm toned. Being able to take off my shirt and stuff at pools is no big deal to me, I like that. Most people are reluctant to do that.
 
If girls only like guys for thier bodies, then they can just go to h*ll as far as i'm concerned.

Working out is only good for getting fit. There is no logical reason as to why you need big muscles or 'abs'.
I don't have to suck in my gut because there is practicly no gut to suck in. I was so light that the doctor told me to gain weight...
 
Well if you weren't so self-concerned and worried about your image, then you should beable to take your shirt off at a pool and be pale and thin. Hell I do it.

Well, I guess I am self consious or whatever it's called. I have to feel confidant in my body before I take off any clothing. The only way to do this is work out. Heh.
 
I work out every day for myself, but there is definitely something in it that involves looking good for the ladies. The way I see it, they spend all that time trying to make themselves look pretty for us, so shouldn't we at least make an effort to look good for them as well?
 
exercising regularly just plain makes you feel better...if it makes you look better for the ladies, well, that will make you feel better too...uh, did you know it helps you live longer and allows you to have more fun when you're older, too?...i plan on still doing my power yoga routine when i'm 80, and by then i should know what i'm doing with it, also :D ...
