Anyone use it' been tying to figure it out on B spec but none the wiser, anyone care to explain' like what do you set it at - 10-90, and how many laps ruffley is that on.

Just set it to 0. If you set it to anything else you're setting yourself up for disappointment.

just quite some time ago was doing the first b-spec enduarance, he was infront half a lap, had to go out with around 13 laps to go, set it too 10 i think it was, came back and he finished 11th, you think there would be a guide etc for it

The guide is set it to 0 or he'll start pitting in EVERY lap because his energy will never be above 11%. He gets in the car with 11% drives a lap, it goes down to 10% then he pits.

If you spend every lap in the pits then you're going to finish last. Simple.

I don't mess around with the Pit-in strength level because I have no use for it at all. Leave it at zero and you'll be fine.

I only turn it on at the Nurburgring and Le Sarthe, because I'm worried about Bob running out of fuel. Otherwise I just leave it off for races where I only have one driver. I wish there was a way to set pit intervals by laps instead.

Bob is the weakest driver ever. After 15 minutes he's drained and needs a cup of tea. Poor thing.

what i would like too, thats what i thought it was first, thats why i used it

It could do with the possibility to base on laps, or maybe % tyre wear/fuel consumption.

Sure, if you leave Bob to his own devices he'll come in when the tyres get ragged, but on longer tracks, he'll sometime stay out too long. Also, the tank always gets brimmed (very wasteful) unless you're in for a splash n dash when less than a full tank is required to the end of the race. If your car gets thru tyres faster than gas, this can be a big slowdown - about 60 sec per pit stop at Nurburgring 4h for instance.

Also, what's all that about when Bob tries every lap to put racing hard on when it's still wet? I had this happen in the Suzuka 1000km, which I luckily caught the end of - Bob was wasting loads of time falling off. Mind you, most of the AI cars were too so I guess it was a level playing field.

Ran Tsukuba once with the pit strength set and at the end my bobs were pitting every lap!

it's also based on level
I use 4 bobs of level 35-33-33-32 for enduros, and they recuperate fast enough to do many laps. If you use a "too strong" car, they will just pit once i a while.

It might cause troubles, like my first time on tsukuba 9 hours, since I had one weak pilot and they started pitting real fast, but once I put back a strong bob, they were just fine. All my b-spec enduros are made with auto pit at 10% (and it changes for tire and fuel also, whichever reach 10% first) quite handy while grind and away from home

I leave the strength bit off, however I noticed I have to input Cancel Pit when I am back in the track or the AI will stop again.

I set it up to 10 usually when I dont do really long endurance race.

Race that takes more than 4 hours it's bad to set it to something, for those less than 4h I had no problem with putting pit at 10% stamina left.
However it's nothing really important, there's very small difference if any difference at all between a driver with 10% stamina and a driver with 0% stamina. So yeah. I guess if you manage your drivers with care it might be usefull but if you just let them run it doesnt matter much.

Don't use it, for long races just press the start button and let your Bob(s) take care of it.
