Got to do a quick race with @Alex ONeill earlier today... 5 lapper at Mugello in the GT3 cars (he was helpin' me decide on a brand of car, think he's recruiting! HAHA!), and he let me win. Still had fun racing around. Looking forward to getting back in a couple weeks already.

Have a great race in bloody 'ol England!

It was just the other day, you remember that?
Just the other day, I swear to God, people, just the other day
I called Gary up on the telephone, you see
And he picked up the phone, he said
(Lead guitar solo) Confirmed 👍

So is anyone getting that new dirt rally 2.0 I heard it's the new console Sim king!!!!??

I bought Dirt 4 and was disappointed, I am going to give this some time before jumping on the hype train.

Kinda in the same boat as Hazard, but with Dirt Rally 1. It was great for a while, but they didn't do anything to improve the game after launch. I guess they have some sort of roadmap for D2.0, but still. Might be a Flash Sale discount pick for me.

Also, confirmed for tomorrow. Bringing dat Porsche goodness to my least favorite track. :nervous:

Still haven't picked out a car for the Mix Series yet but soon.

Before I dwelved into Rally, I did some research and found out that Dirt Rally is indeed superior to Dirt 4. Especially, since DRY has real courses opposed to the Random Generated courses on DR4.

I'm sure that random generated courses have their own, unique way of being challenging, but, being somewhat more of a traditionalist my choice was easy with DRY.

When researching, I actually thought WRC7 was the best out of the bunch but was too expensive at the time as it just had come out. So instead, I decided to pick up the VR Version of DRY on a big sale... I think I paid $14 for it and was absolutely blown away by it.

A few months later I picked up WRC 7 but didn't put much time into it until last week... Very, very good game and similar to DRY in many ways but yet so different.

They did an article on the up coming new game just yesterday on GTP.

Also, a new E-Sports League for it was announced yesterday as well, here.

What I'm really excited for in this game is that, they said they were going to be focusing alot more on Rally X Tracks/Cars. I think, it's supposed to be having close to 10 Rally X Tracks on launch day alone.

Yea bro I have all the rally games u listed lol wrc. 7 is fun and very easy to play on the controller or wheel Dirt 4 was a pain depending on the car you where driving and only certain cars where fun to drive. The original dirt rally was really fun and really good physics. My biggest gripe with all these rally games Was the tarmac handling..

I'm unconfirmed, family in town, must go drink beer.

Best time, 2:01.5 @ Silverstone. Sure I could pickup half a second, but probably about it.

Not a bad time at all.

Hey here's a bright idea. Let them hang out home by you imbibing in some good cold beer and chit chat and have a jolly ole time while you race of course and they intermittently root for you. Win-Win.
Thank me later.
