Console releases are usually like this. The Xbox 360 released in North America on November 22nd 2005, and it released in Europe on December 2nd 2005. Nothing unusual.

If they really wanted to launch it with oomph! Then they should give the digital PS4 version for free with the PS3 disk version. Give you a reason to get a PS4.
 
And how are you going to convince the game companies?

They are lucky they managed to secure reduced prices.

But both is good.

Sony look like they are just throwing everything they have at the PS4 and hoping it sells well.
If it doesn't, as unlikely as that scenario is I fear Sony would be in deep 🤬.

Apart from the point mentioned that there are a few consoles released earlier in US, I think Sony regards the US as the biggest market for growth as I think the 360 had the biggest share this gen. Europe and Asia are PS3.

So in that sense it would be wise to release as early as possible.

Im really worried about Drive Club. Its starting to look like one of those games that need another 4-6 months in the oven but instead will be rushed for launch
 
Drive Club kind of not worthed buying with PS4, you need game that requires more game-play time. Like 120 hours in final fantasy of Fallout at least.

There is going to be quite big gap between launch day and finally some decent games i could enjoy. :crazy:

Just add him to your block list. I did so I don't have to put up with his nonsense.
 
Those colored controllers look awful. Why bother doing it if you aren't going to change any of the colors besides the one part of the shell?

Presumably another paint-by-numbers Ridge Racer title would have been so much better.
 
i'll buy ps4 but not at launch, i can't see anything intersting right now (except for fifa14 and mgs5 which i don't think will be out by the end of the year) and i didn't have the possibility to read any confirmation about supported wheels for console in general and drive club in specific. i'll wait with a big hope for project cars on ps4. However enjoy 2013 with all the things out on ps3 will be easy.
 
I will take a blue controller with a blue PS4, thank you very much!

PS. DriveClub not so much! Will need a demo to make sure though.

I disagree, I think the colours make them look better, more modern and premium. The 2 tone works quite well.

All black it looks like a 3rd party controller from the 90's!

I'm not sure, I'd like to see them with my own eyes before I decide. £54 though and I thought the PS3's pads were too much. :ouch:
