Please help I want 100% game progress

Please help I have 65/75 licence - super, 571 stars but only 81% game complete what is the requirements to get 100% complete in status screen? Thank you

if you want to get 100%. You have to get gold on every race, licence, coffe break, lunad and goodwood races , red bull championships... everything gold!!!
