Sometimes settings by other people are useful to give you a clue as to how to go about fettling a new car to your liking; but, at other times, you will find that these things are very individual and deeply tied to your driving style.
As to your question about gear ratios, that's not as straightforward as you might think as it is influenced by the particular car, it's torque and power characteristics, it's level of tune, which track is being used and, again, your driving style.
Perhaps the simplest thing to do until you've delved deeper into the Black Art of Virtual Tuning is to use what is universally known as the Tranny Trick to give you a tightly spaced set of ratios and adjust the Final Drive ratio to suit the track you're on.
The Tranny Trick is perfomed as follows:
1) Adjust Final Drive Ratio to Maximum
2) Adjust AutoSet to mimimum
3) Readjust Final Drive by test driving the circuit until the gearbox nearly tops out on the longest straight.
