Please Set ride height and spring rate

hi everyone i have problem from ride height and spring rate in gran turismo 3 i don't know how to set ride height and spring rate if answer it will be very helpful for me thanks

You need to buy the fully customizable suspension if your car isn’t a race car.

Before the race, go to Settings (not Options), and it should be among the settings in the spring-looking tab. As a rule of thumb ride height should be as low as possible, but I like to put it a few notches up. Spring rate should be higher as a result, I like to set spring rate to about 3/4ths the maximum.
