Pop up Window for PM's

Before the update of the site it worked and after so far I havent gotten a Pop up Window when I have gotten a PM, and yes I have 'Yes' selected on the edit options screen.

That happened for me a while back, Jordan claims he was 'playing with the code'. But lately I've been getting PMs and I get a window every time. Maybe he's just 'playing with ZeroCool85' this time (:

Well at least someone else has had this happen I like the popup window becuz i barely check the indicator down at the bottom of the main index, popup windows are just easier for us lazy procrastinators (major spelling error me thinks)

What would be really cool is if the vBulletin software could interact with a major IM protocal like ICQ or AIM. That way the instant messaging could be done through another service, but you could send the messages from the forum.gtplanet.net website as a responce to a thread or what-not. That'd be piomp. Theoretically it's possible, but I don't know if it's worth the trouble to make it happen.

I don't know about that. Lately AOL has been getting all pissed off at Trillian cuz Trillian users aren't using AIM like AOL wants. So far AOL has tried about twice in the last two weeks to stop Trillian users from accessing their AIM accounts through Trillian. Thank god Trillian fixed it so I can start using it again. ICQ prolly wouldn't be much of trouble....i think.

There are lots of 'clone' programs for all the major networks. I'm still having problems getting Yahoo to connect, though.

The Pop up window works now, I got a PM from GVX about Alt's Rally series so it works for me now
