I clicked on the FPT link and Chrome said I shouldn't go in it (the pics can't be that unfunny, can they?)

Which FTP link?

Is it tyresmoke.net?

My firefox also says it is harmful but norton safeweb says it is safe(but it can't be trusted that much), it may just be a false positive.

Hehe, I get that screen too... so it's not just you!

Couldn't tell you what to make of it, though. Just as well stay away until someone who know what they're doing can verify whether Chrome is crying wolf or not.

Someone must be hotlinking a picture from that website. Your computer will be fine, you're just loading a picture from that site not loading the site itself.

Don't worry about it. False positive.

Well I dunno what the heck just happened... But I went in there, stuff loaded, my antivirus went nuts, and a virus I thought I'd gotten rid of came back.

Don't think it's anything in the funny pic thread but it was the only tab I had open.

Well the way these browser warning things work is by looking at all stuff on the site.

So if 1 ad like click me to win spyware disguised as an ipad things was on the site the whole site gets blacklisted.
