New Zealand is even better. Not only do they have a lot more to choose from in terms of imports, any modification can be made legal so long as its certified and engineered.

I've always loved New Zealand. Everything from the Māori Haka to the cutest, yet useless, Kiwi. My family actually planned on moving there. Plus the few times I visited friends were fantastic!

I 'm pretty close with this Kiwi chick and she would be pretty excited if I moved there, so that's final! I'm moving to New Zealand (soon)!

Plus, New Zealand has less creatures that want to kill you!

I got the V2s. I think they're still set a little soft, but I'm really liking the ride quality. I just wish it wasn't raining all the time so I could throw the car around.

What damping setting did you put your V2 on? I have the V1 and find it alright, similar to what my friends with V3 and PSS10 set theirs to (especially now that I've switched to non-RFT PSS).

I don't remember the exact settings but we kept everything relatively soft to save some ride quality.

Move to Wellington and we can be best friends. :D

Here's a few handy links for all you need to know for importing rules:

http://www.nzta.govt.nz/vehicle/importing/
http://www.aa.co.nz/cars/licensing-safety-fees/export-import-car/import-rules/

Sadly, though, as you see it's now not possible to import older cars such as Evos and the like. Which is not too much of a problem, since we already have truck loads of them from when it was possible to import.

Here's our version of eBay/Craigslist: http://www.trademe.co.nz/motors

Fine with me 👍 I want cars older :p

Plus the chick lives in Wellington and wants to do a bike road trip/ motovlog thing to Napier

I'm not sure if that'll work, either, as the car has to meet Euro 5 regulations. Granted, it's still possible to import cars that don't comply, just not able to register them for the road.

Hah, that's awesome, Napier is a nice place. Around about a 4 hour drive from Wellington.

What's even better is that the national car museum is only around 30 mins away. :D

We should probably move this to PMs. :p

Even dirtier after the return journey.

-> Visited my mom in Utah for Christmas dinner, and I got back with a winter storm on top of my Trina!

^ I-15 had 4-7 inches of snow, everyones average speed was 45 mph. I was doing a rally car-like 65-75 mph and passed two snow plow trucks, so snowy...much hardcore!!!
