I normally shine up my tires, but decided not to with my winters. Liking the look of them as is.
Or some people just dont want to drill holes in the bumper, like my dad. He bought his car in Pennsylvania, but lives in NJ, where front plates are required, so he bought a clamp on plate bracket and just put it in the back seat, so when he gets pulled over he can say it fell off.Some people would just rather get the ticket.
