It does not have to be the exact body and engine but, at least, find an example of the same generation. Tubeframe versions (IMSA GTO, NASCAR, etc) are allowed.

So far it is 3/3 for me!

A lot of these are cars I've previously owned, only couldn't find some for a handful of cars.

Here you go, Bud. Although this was not a race version but a prerunner Ivan Stewart used to prerun courses. It's also on a Ford Ranger frame hence the i-beam front suspension. I'm a huge Ivan Stewart fan:)

That's so cool! I never knew they did this. I'll have to look more into this series, don't know a whole lot about it but love the trucks.

Cal Wells III owned PPI and Ivan Stewart was the driver. Toyota was an up and coming manufacturer and wanted to prove the reliability of their trucks via racing them in long distance desert racing as well as short course off road racing. They were a fully factory backed team from the early 1980's until 2000 and made some really cool trick stuff for the time until the the off road program ended. Cal Wells went on to have IndyCar and NASCAR teams afterwards. Cal Wells himself is actually pretty cool and signed some rare diecasts I have of the off road program days as well as Ivan Stewart himself. There are lots of pics on Cal's website.

There is one car though I can't find a race version of.

This was my very first and very old second hand car. If someone can find a race version, post it here. :P

Not this car in particular but the same model and colour.

Previously owned cars:

Don't think there's a racing version of the North American sixth generation Honda Accord. Only the International market one, so I don't think that really counts.

1st generation Mazda 6, although mine was a wagon.

2nd generation Lexus GS, which they did turn into a touring car.

Current car: Can't really find many good photos of the IS300 Sportcross raced by TeamLexus back in the early 2000s, so this is about it.
