I haven't been doing hot laps in that Mclaren, wierd because it's one of the fastest Track cars in the game, i'll see what i can do with it. BTW 6:09 Is very fast.
 
Are you guys doing this in the actual seasonal where you have to deal with lap traffic are are you doing this online or practice mode hot lapping?
 
My best times are in the 6.25-6.35 area with RS on various cars. With the 2D, yes D, i managed 6.38 and a win, no Mclaren F1 of course.

In practice mode I think sub 6mins is on for me. However, whatever car I used for this would need to have more power than 650pp allows with sufficient downforce for me to get around that fast and still top 200mph on the long straight.

I really don't know how people are getting past the 11 rolling road blocks so quickly.

This is a good tune, Car handles a LOT better, seems to work best with Nurburgring, especially at the strait.
 
Thank you...what times have you managed to run so far? I'm sure a skilled driver can push it down to 610

It will do sub 6 minutes with some tuning. :)
Great car, not the fastest but good balance.

Work on it and post a final tune...this is just what I managed
 
I had some attempts with it when the A-spec no.4 event was launched, id have to look at the tune, i can post it if anyone want to give it a try, it did 5:52, didnt spent that much time on it since its not as quick as some other LMPs at 650pp.

Ill see what it can do, i did 6:02 at tha TT 34 at 600pp on racing hard, no traffic though :)

ill post the tune i used for the r390, and for the
R92CP it did 5:50

Great, but as i said use the 2J at the nurburgring race with traffic and see what you can do.
