OK, here's my web site.

Remember, I'm a web developer, not a web designer...

I have a Graphic Designer working on some designs at the moment, so hopefully the site will be reskinned in a couple of months.

Anyway, it's lauched and it's got some content. It's sort of a test area for me, and a bit of a psuedo-portfolio. I'll hopefully update it regularly with new tips and tricks, getting more advanced as we go.

If you experience any problems or anything like that, PM or email me or submit them through the site please.

I didn't make it, but I'm a member and I'd like to see it get bigger. Funny and kinda nerdy. Most members are 14-16, and almost everyone uses fairly good grammer.
Uhhh, I lot of work has gone into that! :/

This thread is for your work, not someone elses and not for softly trying to get members from here to join.

and almost everyone uses fairly good grammer.
Yeah... ;)

Our site is http://www.discussions.tv/forums/index.php

We've just started out but we're going to major changes within the next week. We've started some content threads and we'll be adding more over time. Feel free to start up a topic about a TV show you like, or anything regarding that particular topic. Be it if you think reality shows are getting out of hand, yada yada yada.

I've been working on my new project for about half a year now, I learned from previous experiences that choosing something you might loose interest in eventually or making a site with no specific topic never seems to work well, so I thought about what I have a passion for, something I've loved for years, not just on & off, & I finally realized if I was going to have a site I could devote so much of my time to, it would have to be computers & gadgetry

Zanthos has been there for a while now steadily growing, but I'm going to be spending allot more time from now on through to the end of the year getting the name out & trying unique things that the competition doesn't offer. I'd love suggestions, I know it's fairly basic at the moment, but I'm hoping to build it around what users want to see.

Always wanted my own domain. The version that is up now is very empty, and very far from complete. I have a near release version sitting on my system, but I still need to write the front-end to the administrative functions on the back-end side, so I can actually add content to the site. The whole system is a custom CMS, but I don't think I will release it under gpl or anything.

Your link doesn't seem to be working. :(

Critique away. Still sort of under construction, but still.

I need to make the Blog a bit more exciting to look at - I based it on a frankly hideous Wordpress theme, and spent 2 days removing all the tat and making everything look normal. Of course now it's too normal and I need to spice it up a bit. Watch this space...

Looks very good. Well done. 👍

Cheers :)

I've now totally redone the blog in um... pink, and have stuck a nice little image rotatey doodle in the corner. I think it sort of works without managing to be too Barbie Girl...ish.

Still some fiddling to be done, I think. And on that note (and having been working fairly solidly for 7 hours on it), I'm off to bed...

I just launched the newest version of a site I co-run, running the homepage off of Wordpress with a heavily modded wordpress theme named Mystique (I have links in the first entry), I've been working on getting it active for around 2 months, so to finally have it functional is a relief.

http://midnightracing.us/

It's a site for sim painting designs that already has a fair userbase from the game "NASCAR 09" (which allows you to paint your own cars), and we needed a better frontpage system since we're expanding into more areas.

Tomorrow I plan on making the forums integrated into the blog (sort of how GTP is where the banner placement and buttons stay the same across the entire site), and then the users will all have accounts aswell. Then I'm going to rearrange the forums this coming week to accommodate the new areas I'm adding in.

Critiques? How bad does it really suck? :P

From,
Chris.

Ok my stuff:

http://www.musicdaisuki.com
- Just a site to keep a list of my favourite music and to learn .Net. I need to spend more time adding music and unfinished features...

http://www.consoleracer.com
- My pet project at the moment. It is a car setup database for console racing games. Between now and the launch of GT5 this is were I am spending my time.

If you're interested, I took the liberty of mirroring the Ferrari logo and license plate in your header.

Things like mirrored text really bugs me. :)

Haha I'll use it :)

edit: fixed now. Its actually my least liked image on the site, I will replace it when the next batch of GT5 shots are released.

Well, I didn't make this site, but I had a hand in developing it. And I'm a moderator for the site.

Exotic Spotter

As you may have guessed, it's a car spotting site. It has quite a few members.

I encourage all of you to sign up, and get to spotting!

As some of you know, Trans Tasman Racing has it's own site. Recently the site underwent a bit of an upgrade (leaving freeforums.org and going to it's own host). So we're all quite excited about it at the moment.

If you're on an aussie or new zealander interested in great online racing either on Gran Turismo or rFactor, check it out.
