What is with the compass they call a speedometer?
Front looks girly like a Nissan March/Micra with those high mount headlights.
The seats look like what you will find in an office waiting room(i guess their cheaper than normal car seats).
The back oh my god it is the uglyest thing i have ever did see.

In short i would rather drive a girly March/Micra which has a handbag holder than this thing.

I realize this, but if you visit a thread based on praising this car, expect praise. If you disagree, don't insult me, Toyota, or Prius drivers. Just leave a reply, sharing your complaints, and move on. If you can't handle that, don't even reply, it's simple.

While I'd probably never buy a hybrid, I do like all Prius models.

First gen, I hated Honda Insight, but thought Prius looked pleasant. Second one grew on me eventually. Third looks the same, just bit updated, polished, so I still like it. I love the look of this concept. I also saw the new stationwagon looking Prius, I think called "V"? I like that one, too.

I think cars like Prius, or hybrid in general are too expensive, or perhaps overpriced. But if someone gave it to me, I'd be very excited to drive these hi-tech funky cars, save some gas.................... but they cost too much.

And the Auris looks better. So does a 3 series estate, which I'd take over this, even with the diesel.

Also, I'd like to kindly ask everyone on the planet to never use the word Prii.

Someone used that word infront of me once and I had no idea what the hell they were talking about. I think Prius' works fine. It should be pluralized the same way other cars are. Lopping off the second half of the cars name tends to confuse people.
Like saying "Cams" instead of Camaros, or "Cars" instead of Carreras.

On the note of the Prius. To me, no. It is so far from cool it might as well be on fire.

I mean, if you like that, fine, but I don't see it at all. In fact, I like the old Prius better. At least it looked inconspicuous. This one takes it's ugly and rubs it right in your face. It's not even a performance issue, it's just ugly and flashy at the same time, and combined those 2 features are far worse than they could ever be on their own.


A "cool" Prius is something that I don't think will ever exist, or should exist. The entire idea of the car is to be as dull and ordinary as physically possible, and it did a good job at that. The new one's looks will drive away many usual Prius buyers, and the performance will push away most people who like it for the looks.

I'm with A6. I think hybrids, the Prius in particular are intriguing. If I won a Prius I'd be excited, it'd be kinda cool to have. I'd just never be able to rationalize spending so much money on one.

(Of course, if I won a prius irl I'd sell it and buy something else)

We still don't know what exactly it is you like about the car, besides the fact that it looks better than a Corvette (in your opinion). What exactly about the car appeals to you?

About the only thing out of those that will remain the same is probably the steering wheel.

There is no way those seats would pass a crash test so they will have to alter a good chunk of the car to fit complying seats meaning it will look totally different than the one in the OP.

Anyway, it looks...at least a little mentionable, but if I had a hybrid, I would take a Honda CR-Z 99/100, with the 1 remaining number being if I was asked the question while dead.
