I'm using the CSL Elite Ps4 with G29 emulating mode and i'm wondering does the FFB telemetry show my wheel's exact output forces or estimated G29? I noticed some clipping quite early...

What you think about street cars? I tested today the AMG GTR and is so hard to not lost traction, unlike GT3, GT4, LMP1 and other classes of cars, you need to be very careful about how much you press the pedal and how much you turn the wheel, one little mistake and you lost the control of the car.
In real life is more easy to drive a GT3 that a street car?

As with real life, are you using any assists with these road cars? If you're not then that's why you're losing control. They don't have tons of downforce compared to dedicated racing machines & they don't run on super sticky slick tyres.

In this video you can see in the tachometer how careful you need to be with the acelerattor, the same happens with the wheel, you need to be very gently. With race cars you can be rude with the pedals and wheel and everything is going to be fine

Maybe is just the Mercedes AMG GTR, today I will test another street cars, if is only the Mercedes what a shame for me, I love that car.

I love the Merc also and was really disappointed that I couldn't drive it. Go drive the Camaro ZL1. It's the same way as the Merc with me. It just wants to snap loose almost instantly. The Jaguar F Type I can sort of half way control along with the Aston Martin but they are about the only ones at least that I can remember off the top of my head.

I have tested Road C cars, I drived Audi R8, Mclaren 570S, Nissan GTR, Huracan and Aston Martin GT12, and how I suspected, the Mercedes AMG GTR is the most difficult to drive, the two most easy cars are the Audi R8 and Lamborghini Huracan, you can fully press the pedals without worrying about losing control of the vehicle, unlike the two most hard to drive that are the Mercedes AMG GTR and the Mclaren 570S, you need to be very careful about how much you press the accelerator and brakes, and how you move the wheel, to much of something and you lost the control of the car.

How I love the Mercedes AMG GTR I practiced a lot with that car, and now I can drive it without many problems, I learned to be soft with the pedals and wheel.

Is anyone having some SERIOUS rubberbanding ? I am getting so frustrated playing this game. I don't get it, when it first came out I was able to fix the rubberbanding by turning on vsync, but it's like it randomly came back and I can't race at all anymore. I used to be around middle settings, but now ive completely lowered everything and its not fixing it. Please help. Or direct me to the appropriate thread.

I don't know why SMS included Cadwell Park in the game, that track is for motorcycles, is fun to drive but is almost impossible to have a good race with any cars type, is very hard to pass an oponent because the track is so tight.

I've always found it fun racing AI in slow cars like GT4/5 or below in pC and rFactor. Not sure it would go so well for multiplayer though, people are smart enough to not open the door wide open in the couple places you can try to pass.

It is a lovely place to hotlap though.

There's one reason for that, It hosts BRSCC races every year, and is owned by the same guy who owns all the other major british circuits in the game.

Pedant mode on... Not quite right - Palmer doesn't own Knockhill, Silverstone or Lydden. He also didn't have any involvement with Donington when pCARS 1 or 2 were made, and even now I'm not sure he has anything more than a lease on Donington.

He does know how to make a circuit spectator friendly though :)

Oh - and while Cadwell isn't a great circuit for racing cars (because narrow!) it's still a lot of fun to lap!

Sadly i would have to disagree with this, in my case i have never had a fun time whenever i take the gtr to that track for laps. :(

I think Cadwell is brilliant, even with powerful group 5 machines. I had a blast thrashing the capri & the Porsche around it, for slower cars I enjoy the Escort RS & the RS Cossie from the vintage racing/touring category.

Yes, from my Opinion the GT-R is way too heavy for Cadwell (it weighs more than a Mitsubishi GTO for peats sake, and that was a 90s car)
Something light and powerful is perfect for Cadwell
or you know Ginetta's.

I'm the only one who his wheel gets crazy with the FFB with Karts?, I had never driven a Kart and I needed to adjust the gain from 75 to 20 because it vibrated a lot for everything, I had never experience this issue with any other type of car.

It's how the Kart's handle, if you've driven a Kart in real life you'll realize how twitchy it is
