I wouldn't be surprised if real racing drivers did it. Or even people in the grandstands.

It's the best way to see all the beautiful car models and just awesome to see the race from that perspective. To me it's as enjoyable as watching a real race on TV, except I'm in it!

I am very very slightly irritated about the lack of IMSA branding on the IMSA liveries. But I know why and am not that mad.

In a perfect world there would be no lawyers. All this licensing and branding stuff is a legal minefield. For some historic vehicles it's really hard to figure out who even currently holds the rights.

Yes that's correct. He is the Marketing and PR Director at Bandai Namco.

That was just a preview, I'm guessing the review will be posted a few days after launch.

It was the Press Build. @SlipZtrEm said the official review will come when the embargo lifts and before the 22nd.

First on the leaderboard with PS4 version on default combo, I think I'm many seconds off the pace though. Surprised I'm the only one that has attempted it so far.

I wasn't expecting to upload anything until this happened. That's what happens when you put it as a thunderstorm and a three wide start.

From looking at the replay, it looks like the Ultimate Kimballing. I counted 26 cars in that. 3 of the others were in front of Kimball's car, 2 got through somehow and one is in the pits.

Kimball's car hit the wall at the outside of Turn 2 and lost his wheel. Being an AI, he slowed and stopped. Then AI car after AI car plowed into each other. I was in the Pippa Mann car and started last. I thought there was some sort of gap opening so I floored it and it never existed in the first place.
