Yeah, I was also happy to see the track limit penalty.
The driver gets a message to serve the penalty and when he doesn't, he gets a penalty.
So much better than the game slowing the car down.
 
That Le Mans video is unbelievable. The wait will feel longer and more difficult from here on in.

They pretty much nailed the sound of the M6 GT3. One of my new favorite cars. Track detail is amazing even down to the flowers at the round-about.

Yeah I'm impressed with car sounds so far as well. Sound pretty accurate across the board. That jaguar svr video though....
 
Impressive it is! I just had to wipe a tear of enjoyment. I'm getting overhyped. 70 days, just 70 days.
I don't know what my wife is planning to do after Sept 22 but it has to be an activity for a very long long period without me ;)
 
I don't know the AI setting from each video, but the AI behave "naturally". Holding a line, leaving room, going for the gap and not backing down or moving over just because a car is there.

Will we be able to bump draft without AI moving over? Seems that way.

Thanks for posting this - the UI and menus look clear and comprehensive with a really nice professional look to them. Navigation seems very intuitive and there's lots of new options and better on-screen explanations too. Lovely stuff.

I have just caught up with some of the video. Brilliant stuff. Looking forward to... Oh gosh! I need a wheel and new PC first!

Any videos out there with the spotter enabled? Would like to know how it compares to CrewChief.

What about the spectating interface, when you're watching qualifying, etc? Any previews would be great.
 
Can someone please upload a race at Daytona with the stock cars? This game looks fantastic but I'm still waiting on that. I seen the indycar at Texas gameplay and I love how the track rubbers up as the race goes on. Also the AI looks pretty good at the ovals so far.
