In the gameplay video, a few others are mentioned: Spa, Indianapolis and some Xangai one too. Not official though.

Hopefully that trailer and first gameplay footage was the stuff they put together for the casual crowd and they’ll follow up with a trailer for sim racing audience.

My expectations are pretty low at this point, but I’m willing to give them a chance. I got enough fun out of PC1 and 2 to give 3 the benefit of the doubt

Just watching this video and Pete mentions a new fictional circuit based in Tuscany

At least a third of the new tracks are fake street tracks. Shanghai, Havana, Tuscany, Amalfi Coast. (confirmed all have no pit lane) Hope there is some good real circuits in there was hoping for some Aussie V8 tracks etc

Maybe it will be there. They always wanted to put Suzuka to Project Cars 2 but it was to expensive they said. But maybe with Codemasters back up it will be possible. Lets hope so. (same with V8 Supercars)

I actually think Sakitto is superior to Suzuka, its more fun to drive and looks better I would rather they kept that than add Suzuka

Sakitto is mostly more wide version without main twist of the track. I hope at least Sakitto will be cut another place than Harpin. Though this austenitic oriental gate on finish line looks great:)

I particularly like the short layouts of Sakitto - they work very well with the lower power and classic cars that I enjoy driving.

I like street circuits, but see no reason to eliminate pitlanes from them - I would rather have real street circuits than fictional ones - there are plenty to choose from in the V8 Supercars series or from Indy Car. Point to points seem pointless to me - they don't work well for online or offline racing.

Point to points free the track design from the constraint of having to loop around, allowing for a hillclimb/descent, or high speed sections that don't need to be resolved with even more length to get back to where you started. And I think it works just fine for a smaller grid of cars.

I just did a rough count of tracks in PC2 and made it (around) 139. The new game reportedly has 140 of which 13 are new. Presumably the loss of the Kart and RX tracks is approximately 13?

I've never really been taken with the kart (the shifter kart in PC1 was great) but I've grown to really like the RX. Nothing is certain yet but if RX is gone along with my favourite car in the game, the Olsberg (on circuits too), that will be a huge negative for me.

I quite like to use them as a substitute for hill climb events. Both against AI or time trial.

I think we are just losing kart tracks, going by the full track list posted here in 2017 I counted there are 13 kart tracks:
  1. Chesterfield Kart Circuit
  2. Dubai Autodrome Kartdrome
  3. Glencairn GP
  4. Glencairn East
  5. Glencairn West
  6. Glencairn Reverse
  7. Glencairn East Reverse
  8. Glencairn West Reverse
  9. Greenwood Karting Circuit
  10. Le Mans International Karting Circuit
  11. Summerton International
  12. Summerton National
  13. Summerton Sprint

Sooo... There will be rallycross then? It would be nice. It worked pretty well in PCars 2 i think they can just port it to PCars 3 without touching.

I think rallycross will remain as it is, if they are removing them and karts we will be short of 20+ tracks.

Yeah but i was also thinking that KART tracks could still be there for slower low tier cars. And they are getting rid of RX tracks... Or Rx tracks and some of smaller kart tracks.
