Well, Project CARS on my PC is 18gb, so there is no mistake.

I just meant in general, Forza 5 with such little tracks was around 40gb at launch although it did launch with twice as many cars.

If it is that small I might as well cancel my pre order for the LE copy and get the digital version. I love switching games without having having to pop those suckers in. On the other hand I really want that book and also I secured the LE copy for only 70 AUD, which is cheap around here.

It sure does look that way. What ever the agreement is between SMS and BAMCO is it looks like BAMCO is taking the offensive with this. That's good cause maybe SMS needs a fire lit beneath them.
 
I can't believe all the speculation. The SMS guys must look at threads like this and just laugh their asses off.

At the end of the day, unless you are privy to the process being played out then you have no basis to speculate on. Here you have the boss of SMS hinting that they have reached gold status yet people here are still speculating that they are getting the hurry up, or giving the WMD members grief over saying it isn't official yet. There's a reason they are saying that and it's because it isnt official YET. Hinting at something and coming out with an official press release are very different things.

This thread is going the way of the GT6 forum unfortunately.
 
Is the release date the same across the globe or is NA getting the game the following Tuesday?
 
It's amazing how many people are told not to post their opinion on a forum website, whether it's speculation or just a question. Relax and respect other people's opinion, if you don't like it then don't read it.
 
Unless it's official from SMS themselves, I'm taking that date with a pinch of salt.

Besides, they never told which year :sly:

Yes but doing that in the PS settings will carry those controls across EVERY game, you can't make seperate profiles for different games. Makes the feature pretty useless IMO

Correct. We just got confirmation that the game is not gold and the release date is not fixed until SMS says otherwise.
