Nah it's good
Dear God, I hope yours isn't like mine that likes to die at 10% battery life

Also I can add to the discussion that the Ai is unaffected by rain since they destroyed me at Oulton Park.

I think this might be to do with the vehicle in question. I've had amazing races with the AI in harder to control cars but in the Clios, the AI seem to be on another planet in terms of the grip they have.

The Ai is ridiculous with the Clio. They enter corners in such a way that wouldn't happen IRL. Had to put it at 50-60% Ai in order to stay somewhat competitive.

That reminds me, is the difficulty slider in 10s? Or is there a way to get, for example, 55% difficulty. Seems kinda irrelevant to have it by 10s if I can only choose 10, 20, etc.

Its a known issue, on PC you can set the value to single percentages, but you can't (yet) on the PS4 or XB1.

I'm not the best driver in the world but try having a look at the AI(set to 100%) going into the final 2 corners at Silverstone in the Clios.

I'd say this is the best example of the AI drivers not adhering to the same physics as the user-controlled car. Or, it's just me doing the typical 'race driver excuses' shtick!

Will have to give it a go, I race with the AI a lot lower than that, mainly because I'm a slow old git.

Clios are easy at 70/80% above that then I agree they develop god like abilities :)

To be honest, I only race at 100% because I want the game to last as long as possible, this game is the kind I will notch hundreds of hours in(hopefully) so I'd rather build up realistically 'to the highest level' than win a lot.

So, by that logic maybe I shouldn't complain.

I went for the root of turning off restarts to make it last for me, that way when I screw up its either try and catch up or retire.

There is a lot of give and take at each track with the Clio AI.
At Snetterton, for example, they take Turn 1 much, much slower than necessary, but kill it at Brundle/Nelson.
Same for Turn 4 at Donington. They're way off the pace there.

For my skill level, the AI at 100% gives me a whale of a challenge. Where I qualify is where I finish unless I have an off/error. Overtaking is nonexistent for me anywhere but Snetterton and Donington. I was just hanging on at Brands, Silverstone and Oultan. But I did manage to win the Championship, so that was nice. I had a jammed wheel nut for my pit stop at the final race at Brands. Ended up 7th there and made the championship much closer than it would have been otherwise. I was on pace to finish on the podium, if not win.

So, alot of bugs reported. Steering issues on Xbox One and Ghosting on PS4 to be the most common.

And I can't find any reaction from Slightly mad to any issue. Did they start to go the PD way of (not) handling things ?

Are there any plans to implement a Weather Forecast for this game?

Weather plays such a huge role in this game. I've had races affected by tire temps (cold and hot) and rain. There was no way to plan for any weather related change unless you restart the race.

Clio Cup. 1st race at Brands Hatch. Track starts off at 90+ degrees F, but drops down to 70 through the race. My tires go away because I cannot keep heat in them. Something as simple as a Race Forecast would make so much sense.

I would say maybe. There was some talk about it, but obviously not high priority now.

I'm currently running restarts on but I've been toying with the idea of having them turned off.

I did it from the start and I would be being less than honest if I didn't say it has been a frustration once or twice, but overall I'm happy I did it.

I get it, I do. But, to me, this kind of thing is fairly important.
Quite agree, having a clue that light cloud might actually turn into rain or an idea of the actual track temp would be quite nice.

So got myself a pair of gloves today...The wife thinks im a weirdo now!

Now i just need to learn how to drive

I never used gloves with my DFGT - but after having the T300 for a few days, I got out an old set of racing gloves that were lightly torn and sewn back together with nomex thread as spares. Now they are just for use on the T300. My wife saw me doing that and laughed - but she has raced the spitfire and felt the T300 force and gets it. :)

I have been really struggling with the Karts so far and am now into my second season with them, this is because I think I missed something. In the career I have been getting email invites but when I read them I do not see anywhere to accept or decline and therefore on season two of Karts.

I just finished a season in the Ginetta G40 - there are multiple invitations and they are on my calender - I would have to skip past them to accept my next team offer for a new season.

I have a number of invites but apart from reading them I do not know how to accept or decline, it seems pointless to get invitations when you cannot accept. I have checked the calender and it is all blank.
I think I have the PCars Karts only edition.

The invitations will come up in the calendar possibly future months. You dont have to accept, they just pop up like a championship. However, if you want a new contract offer after your championship, I have found that you will NOT get one until the entire season ends.

I was getting invitations through the season but could not race them, I had to finish my season because the invitations were for events that happen after my current season is over. Once it was over then my first invitation event was automatically selected on the calender.. Check the "emails" for the invitations, they should contain a date for when it happens, scroll through the calender to that date to see them. I would follow things in order by date though, not sure if you can go back once you skip forward.

Edit - also I did not get any invitations during my first season racing the Clio, it was not until the second race of the second season (Ginetta G40) that I received one.

I ended my contract with Clio and moved to g40s but I've raced about 5 different invitationals in between and still haven't started the g40s. Bout oh my goodness the BMW 320 turbo invitational is great.

Anyone have tips on driving the 900hp lotus f1 car? I skipped that event because I have not the ability to control that throttle

I had completed my second race weekend of Karts and I had an invite for some TC races, the first race of which is to take place before my third race weekend of Karts but there is nowhere to accept.
I shall have to ignore them all and see what happens at the season end of Karts.
Thanks for the help.
