I haven't run a race there but someone else mentioned that you can get 42 cars on Brno. Problem is there are only 30 pit stalls. I thought cars on track were limited by the number of pit stalls. Or is there some sharing of pits going on?
At Watkins Glen it limits you to 42 cars as there are only 43 stalls. So...hmm. :odd:

Don't worry, the singular pit teams in pCARS are magicians. :p

They'll make it happen.

Am I the only person that didn't know you can hit the options button on the T300 on PS4 and that allows you to change all the settings as if you were in the main menu?

Inventational events hasn't gone good when it came to driving NASCAR for 4 races. Had bad luck in all of them. Sonoma (which was the last race of the series) was going great I started on pole and everything until the last lap I was leading the race and then spun. Not to mention I wasn't even driving the car that hard:grumpy: But anyway that was terrible... And I love NASCAR:(

I'm officially scared of the Radical's. :scared:

The legit version will be coming soon. 👍

FINALLY! I fixed the massive understeer of the Formula C car.

Since I'm clueless about proper tunning, I'm thinking about a Clueless GARAGE, in the tuning section, with lots of shoddy tuning for the man in a hurry 💡.
Great idea, we need as many tunes as possible around here:tup: Might need another name though, the "Clueless" Garage has been around in GT for many years:ouch:. Maybe they'll take you on as a Project Cars satellite garage:idea:

Clueless, over The Hill Outlaws GT6
Clueless Tunes GT5 (Nov. 23rd)

Regarding pit garage sharing...its not just teammates who can share...i saw a rival driver go in front of me in pits and it said it was occupied,so i had to drive through!

Today is a glorious day! Its my birthday, my wife bought me a new macbook pro AND, after weeks of prodding......She said go buy your wheel!

T300RS, T3PA Pedals and Wheelstand Pro will be mine!

Just need to find a place to order the wheel from now. Amazon still isn't selling it again. Any suggestions?

Had the most amazing online race last night at Monza, Qualifying started and it was heavy fog at night...Got onto my lap and it starts pouring down so get into the pits. Come out and it stops raining...Usual  Anyway i get back into pits and i fail to do a lap due to time running out and start last/14th.

Race starts at night and it's clear, Manage to get up to 7th at the start and get took out at the first corner...Last again...The heavy fog comes and we cant see a thing but i know the track off the back of my hand and find it quite easy to get up to 8th after the 1st lap as the people are bashing each other and i manage to avoid, Then the rain starts along with the fog and most of us pit, Come out and the fog has gone but the heavy rain continues, Get up to 5th and then the wow moment comes...It stops raining and morning is breaking to the most incredible lighting and with tons of puddles on track it just looked memorizing probably one of those gaming moments that i will always remember, Back on track it drys up and the fast racing starts... it stays dry and clear and after 8 laps and a clean battle for 3rd/4th/5th & 6th for the last 2 laps i come 4th.

Such a wonderful experience!

BAC Mono is hands down my favorite car to drive.

Want it to slide? -> Slide it!
Want to grip? -> Grip it!

I've never had this much fun, where i want to continue to lap a race track...

On Assetto, i get bored easily after a couple laps... Gran Turismo, Oh god not even 1 lap and im bored. But Project Cars!? Oh Man :D

I've tried several times to fill the grid with AI in a private room.
But it never works.

What I did is as follows.
Make a room for max 6 players, usually we are with four or five.
Tick fill grid with AI.
So I would expect that there will be ten AI opponents.
But that never happens.

Anyone know if this is a bug or am I missing something?

Might want to check your math;)

Haha I know there are some open places.
I keep those for the situation someone outside the regulars decsites to join.

As the maximum players is 16 if 6 are reserved for platers AI have 10 to fill.

Smartypants :D

You need to set the lobby to 16 slots (Humans and AI included), then limit AI cars to 10 so there's no more than that on track...

[removed this bit, roughly 12 pages, probably...possibly...unlikely]
[edit 5] Now I have to actually add stuff to make it make sense as it were...

My favourite stuff...

Ford Focus
Caterham R500
Lotus 49
Formula rookie -> A
McLaren P1

All the cars are so different, but so lovely. The racing is pretty buggy for me, but I have managed 37 hours play in a week or so, mostly in free practice :).

The weather & the nuanced FFB are excellent.

[edit 6] I think now, the post has probably transmorphed into something more suitable for a different thread?

[edit n] sorry I am a bit worse for wear, I unquoted and removed the really pointless elements of this post. I 🤬 love you I do

[edit n+1] I decided not to.

Whoever made the 'Sunday Driver' trophy/achievement for this game is a dead man walking. That was brutal.

So I am currently in the GT3 class in my career. Starting in the US GT3 series the fourth race is in torrential rain at Watkins Glen abd I could not get two consecutive clean laps going. Setting the tires to be chosen automatically based on weather, choosing to start with intermediates, full wets, nothing helped. After a lap and change the tires get cold and the car is utterly undrivable. How in the world do you other folks drive in the rain? I can do changing conditions and light rain but thunderstorms/torrential rain are too brutal for me.
